Each Contestant must submit to having the bottoms of his feet tickled for up to 15 minutes non-stop. A coin will be flipped to see which contestant will tickle the other first. Each minute of tickling is worth one point to the contestant being tickled. Procedure is as follows:

1) The contestant to be tickled lies on his back on a couch or bed with his feet (shoes and or socks still on) hanging off the end. The contestant who is doing the tickling removes the shoes (and socks)

2) The contestant to be tickled is offered two options.

Option A: to have his ankles firmly held down while he is being tickled. If this option is taken, the tickling will continue for 15 minutes or until the tickled contestant says the code word "Blue" whichever comes first.

Option B: to be tickled without any kind of restraint. If this option is taken, the tickling will continue for 15 minutes or until the tickled contestant pulls away either of his feet whichever comes first. SCORING: Each minute of tickling goes to the contestant being tickled. If the tickling ends before 15 minutes are finished, those remaining points are awarded to the tickler.

ROUND TWO - WRESTLING MATCHES (4 matches)

(To be fair and sporting, each win for the contestant in the lighter weight class will be worth 10 points, while each win for the contestant in the heavier weight class will be worth 5 points.) A win consists of 2 elements. Being on top and getting the other to laugh from tickling. Tickling may be used to subdue a contestant, but a win only occurs when one is on top. Being on top can mean pinning the upper body and tickling the upper body, or pinning the legs and tickling the feet.

ROUND THREE - FINAL SCORING

Each contestant adds up their scores from the first two rounds. The losing contestant's score is subtracted from the winning contestants score Add a zero to the remainder to figure out the total penalty time for the loser.

ROUND FOUR - PENALTY

The loser is to be tied down spread-eagle and tickled for the penalty period of time.
